“The State of Rhode Island has not adopted any educational and training standards for unlicensed health care practitioners. This statement of credentials is for information purposes only. Under Rhode Island law, an unlicensed health care practitioner may not provide a medical diagnosis. If a client desires a diagnosis from a licensed physician, chiropractor, or acupuncture practitioner, or services from a physician, chiropractor, nurse, osteopath, physical therapist, dietician, nutritionist, acupuncture practitioner, athletic trainer, or any other type of health care provider, the client may seek such services at any time." R. I. G. L. § 23-74-14.”

The fee for services vary; no less than $85.00 per session and no more than $150.00 per session for each 60 or 90-minute session. Payment in full is due before each session.
A client will be given reasonable notice for any changes related to, but not limited to, service or fees.
Spiritual care services can be an essential part of whole-person health care (mind, body, spirit, and emotions). Imbalances in theses areas can impact the total well-being of the person. People who experience serious spiritual distress tend to have a poorer quality of life and greater risks of depression and anxiety. The primary mission of a spiritual care professional is to enhance a clients overall well-being by providing care to client's open to spiritual support.
Although results can be profound, the sessions offered by Gladys Ellen are meant to complement, not replace, the care of licensed medical and health care professionals. Clients are encouraged to continue consulting with their medical professionals when receiving any of these sessions.
A client has the right to any number of sessions. Each client’s needs are individually assessed by the practitioner, with the assistance of the client, prior to the first session and communicated thereafter.
A client may expect to be free from verbal, physical or sexual abuse by the practitioner.
A client record is CONFIDENTIAL and is not shared without the written authorization from the client or in accordance with the provisions of law.
A client has the right to access or review his/her records, notes or transactions related to the service being offered.
A client has the right to choose freely among available practitioners and to change practitioners after services have begun, within the limits of health insurance, medical assistance, or other health programs.
A client has the right to refuse his/her session at any time.
A client may assert the rights contained in this Unlicensed Health Care Client Bill of Rights without retaliation.
